Job Duties

  • Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
  • Ensure materials are appropriately stored
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the Office Manager
  • Ensure that the cold room machines and generators are working at an optimal level
  • Manage the repair of equipment
  • Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  • Perform administrative support functions for the team
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
