Job Duties

  • Recruiting, interviewing and selecting the right candidate for employment purposes.
  • Pay roll computing
  • Develop, regularly update and maintain the recruitment/outsourcing database
  • Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
  • Maintain all hard and soft files of employees’ record
  • Performing administrative tasks

Junior Accountant


Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Liaise with Banks and vendors.
  • Track and monitor account receivables and payables.
  • Perform reconciliations (bank and others).
  • Adhere to company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Update financial data in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly financial reports.

Qualifications
