Data Entry Support

  • Update Product database and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Compile with data integrity and security policies
  • Communication
  • Effective communication with clients on inventory delivery, top up request, invoicing and follow up
  • Coordinate ShelfLife delivery process – Communicate with fulfilment partners on inventory deliveries and tops ups
  • Update weekly and monthly product price list database and communicate changes on this to clients
  • Report feedback and recommendation on Field supply app to the support team
  • Client onboarding: Work with the sales team to onboard new clients on shelflife operation service
  • Inventory Management
  • Manage inventory pick and pack process – ensure inventory are stored optimally
  • Manage inventory procurement process from Multiple supplier sourcing
  • Ensure all products procured from supplier meet best possible quality guidelines as stated in ShelfLife quality assurance manual
  • Delivery & logistics Planning:
  • Assist in activities related to the preparation & scheduling of Shelf Life deliveries including delivery personnel sourcing, routing & co-ordinate feedback from the delivery personnel
  • Delivery personnel Training: Assist in the training process for delivery personnel
  • Supporting other ShelfLife daily activities


  • B.Sc or HND in any Discipline, preferably Business Administrations, Statistics, Mathematics, Procurement & Supply Chain Planning e.t.c
  • Prior experience in logistics, procurement and supply chain planning will be an added advantage
  • Excellent writing, verbal and communications skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in using google docs, google sheets, google slides
  • Flexible, well organised & experience working with a team
  • Attention to detail
