The British Council SSA has an exciting opportunity for a Performance and Insight Manager (West Africa Cluster OR South) West Africa Cluster (Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal Sierra Leone or South Africa to be based in one of the countries.
Performance and Insight Manager (West Africa Cluster OR South)
This role is responsible for the collection and analysis of key local intelligence (customer, competitor and market). In addition, this role is responsible for the gathering of marketing performance (inc ROI) in accordance with corporate marketing performance standards/templates.
This role will require strong working relationships with the wider Marketing and business delivery team (e.g. Teaching Center and Exams Managers) to ensure that insight & intelligence is shared and fed into the wider business planning process.
- English proficiency
- First degree or 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in managing and commissioning market insight and analytics projects and initiatives
- Demonstrable experience in providing expert advice and guidance on market insights and analytics
- CIM Professional Marketing Competencies
