Job Description

  • A skilled Personal Assistant help a manager to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks usually on one-on-one basis.
  • A normal working day for a personal assistant involves dealing with many deadlines that demand immediate attention.

Their major Job Duties includes:

  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the executives.
  • Act as a first point of contact, rub shoulders with the movers and shakers dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.organising events and conferences.
  • Schedule meetings and send emails on behalf of your manager as well as organise events of an organization.

Skills and Qualifications

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Managerial and Customer related course of study.
  • 0 – 3 years work experience.
  • Understanding of Business Practices, Budgeting, Financial Knowledge, In-Depth Research and Analysis.
  • Computer Proficiency, Interpersonal Communication, Client Relationships, Writing, Public Speaking, Creativity, Innovation, Adaptability, Leadership, Managerial Skills, Multi-Tasking, Big-Picture Thinking

N70,000 – N80,000 / month.
