Job Title: Personal Assistant | Creatrix Empire Limited | Location: Ikoyi, Lagos | Employment Type: Full-time
- handling personal assignments/errands as well as coordinating her ad hoc business activities.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organising events and conferences.
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Collating and filing expenses.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Organising the manager’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.
- Females preferably
- 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (on days required to be physically in office and working from home on other days) Office location Ikoyi / VI. Remuneration and HMO.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Must have 2-5 years work experience.
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
