May 2022. Finance / Administration Manager, Nigeria
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Daily accounting records keeping.
- Manage the administration of the office and workforce.
- Act as a focal point on all finance and Admin related issues.
- Drive financial plans for the company and ensure compliance with relevant government agencies.
- Ensure accurate documentation of the inflow and outflow of funds, utilize standard accounting procedures, and prepare daily financial records.
- Maintain the accounting system of all company project
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to prepare quarterly financial reports for the company board.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 4 years experience.
- Must have experience in logistics or Transportation company
- Ability to company accounting requirements and day to day financial records.
- Experience in transportation or e-hailing taxi service or any related industry
- Proven experience in the use of Accounting software
- Ability to interpret financial information and recommend further courses of action;
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Strong reporting and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Remuneration
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.

Operations (Business) Manager
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Providing strategic growth and management direction for the company.
- Overall administration of company processes and systems.
- Resolve any operational issues when needed
- Carry out quarterly market analysis of the business and operating environment to align for better profit.
- Plan company finances, make projections and set KPIs for the workforce.
- Ensures that feedback on service delivery is reviewed and appropriate steps are taken to maintain user and customer loyalty.
- Prepares monthly operations reports for top management and Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
- Must have experience in a logistics/transport company
- Strong administrative competence and ability to grow a company from infancy.
- A good understanding of the development stages of startups, particularly in the transportation industry.
- The candidate must be conversant with government policies relating to the business at local, state and federal levels.
- A good understanding of the E-hailing taxi service operations and models in Nigeria.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
