Job Title: Productivity Support Officer (PSO)

Location: Island / Lekki Axis, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions

  • File Management (Ensuring that files are properly kept and secured).
  • Mail management (Receipt and preparation of Mails).
  • Dispatch of internal Mails.
  • Management of store requisition.
  • Identify and report on faulty work tools/infrastructures.
  • Ensure monitoring/repair and maintenance of the fixed assets.
  • Produce dept/unit mini report using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
  • Any other specific official duty that may be assigned by Supervisory Officers.

Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills:

  • Minimum of OND certificate / NCE
  • File Management skill
  • Calm and attentive
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word&Excel).

N60,000 – N70,000 / month.
