Job Description

  • We are looking for someone with a friendly attitude to serve as our company’s front desk receptionist. Your duties will be to ensure that the front desk welcomes guests positively and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.


  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage schedules and arrange meetings
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties


  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / NECO / GCE qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

NGN 30,000 – 50,000 / Month.
