- Respond to visitor’s questions professionally and courteously Maintain reception area clean and organized.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
- Monitor, organize and forward emails.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
- Perform office administration and clerical duties.
- Take messages and communicate to appropriate employees. Draft, review and proofread office documents.
- Perform basic data entry when needed.
- Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax.
- Ensure in compliance with company rules and regulations.
- 1 year in Office Jobs Experience and skills requirements:
- Education requirements: OND
- Excellent organizational skills
