Centerville Office Support | Job Title: Receptionist | Location: Abuja, FCT, Nigeria | Full Time | Experienced

Centerville office support Limited (Nigeria Branch office for Kirkendall Dwyer LLP) is a rapidly growing company with a home in United State. We are seeking a polite, professional “Receptionist” to assist in the following:

  • Handle incoming calls from clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Transfer calls when required to appropriate unit, department, Case Manager or Attorneys
  • Confer with attorneys at every level of the Firm and provide the attorneys with a verbal and written summary of the calls
  • Input appropriate data into CRM system.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of customer service experience and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills; 
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

Other Prerequisite

  • Applicants must have access to an alternative electricity power supply preferably good and stable electrical power generator set or solar inverter
  • Applicants must have access to strong and reliable internet network at his/her location
  • Applicants must be willing to work remotely from home temporarily/permanent between the core hours of (3PM – 10PM Nig. Time / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM US time)
  • Applicants must be a residence of Abuja
  • Applicants must have completed NYSC, with a minimum of second class lower.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
