- Respond to customer requests and inquiries.
- Accurate taking job orders and ensuring completion within the stipulated time.
- Proper keeping of financial records.
- Creates and maintains customer reports.
- Makes recommendations to management to improve.
- customer experience.
- Diploma in business, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience.
- Must be available full time
- Passion for customer service delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
- Good use of Microsoft Excel.
N20,000 – N25,000 monthly.
