Investment Officer

Job Role

  • Sales of company’s financial products
  • Initiate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule follow-up calls to publicize company products, current promotions and discounts.
  • Identify and exploit business opportunities by extensive research on prospects and their businesses.
  • Collaborative and individual design and recommend tailor-made investment solutions to current and prospective clients based on client need analysis
  • Organize, promote and sell all investment products through locked-in contacts ; strengthening established relationships through marketing calls
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within stated time frame
  • Keep and maintain accurate log of all scheduled market calls, customer/client engagement status, and customer complaints
  • Prepare and analyze reports on client interest and need analysis, innovative solutions (products), competitive activities, and feasibility market survey to management.
  • Establish and forging sustainable relationships with customers by providing support and guidance role function
  • Research and recommend new industry opportunities and service improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related field is preferred.
  • 3 years marketing experience in micro finance/investment companies is compulsory
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship management, interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Proficient use of PowerPoint for client presentation

Product Designer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Contract (Contract period is for 3 months)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writers
  • Design wireframes and mockups designs that will be used across products
  • Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints.
  • Solid Understanding of visual design
  • Design accessible, responsive, performance experiences.
  • Be great at collaboration and processing feedback.
  • Be articulate about your design choices.
  • Have a good understanding of Figma & Adobe XD
  • Working with the end-to-end iterative design process, including how to develop and use job stories, journey mapping, content modeling, wire framing and prototyping, usability testing, and low fidelity to high fidelity visuals.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum of 3 years of industry experience in UX UI product design with a proven track record of success, preferably at a Fintech startup that scaled.
  • Strong portfolio of design work
  • Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows, wireframes, prototype interactions and oversee the building process across different client platforms. Proficient with Adobe XD , Figma
  • A deep understanding of customer problems to create elegant but practical solutions
  • Thorough knowledge and experience across a range of design approaches, methodologies, and lo-fi & high-fi prototyping skills

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.

Duties

  • Conducting risk analysis.

Requirements

  • Must Possess a First Degree in Accounting or a HND with a Minimum of Second class Upper or Upper Credit as applicable.
  • Have a minimum of credit in five (5) WASSCE/GCE/NECO Ordinary Level subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
  • Have completed ICAN certification or in Professional stage of ICAN certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Audit Firm.
  • Not more than 32 years of Age.

The Candidate should:

  • Display knowledge and application of ISA (International Standards on Auditing). Should be research minded and ready to related the applicable ISA to the task assigned .
  • Should possess ability to display knowledge and application of IFRS, GAAP, IFRS for SME’s (where applicable) etc in the audit working paper. Staff at this level should demonstrate ability to assist others understand and apply these reporting frameworks on the job.
  • Ability to use Audit tools and resources.
  • Ability to identify weaknesses in control and provide recommendations with a view to adding value to the business of the client.
  • Prompt archival of audit file within the approved time limit.
  • Effectively communicate engagement progress/status to his/her senior or manager.

N100,000 – N120,000 monthly
