IT / CCTV Installer



Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • Installation, troubleshooting and configuration of equipment where necessary e.g. CCTV, Computers, Access door control system, TV, DStv, Intercom, America fence wire and electrical appliances.
  • Keep computer system and CCTV running smoothly and ensure staffs get the maximum benefit from them
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, CCTV and networks
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
  • Ensure compliance with policies for usage of the organization’s gadgets, machines, equipment and appliances.
  • Test and evaluate new technology
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all assets.
  • Maintain archive of CCTV recordings for future reference.
  • MonitorCCTV and report any unusual activity to the appropriate quarters
  • Maintenance of Computer Software, Hardware, Network systems, Intercom, Inverters etc
  • Ensure prompt and controlled purchase and filling of diesel in the generator.
  • Maintain and manage of records/registers for fuel purchase and consumption; also machine, equipment and appliances maintenances.
  • Purchase and replacement of damaged/expired appliances/fittings (bulb, cables, cameras etc.).
  • Proper labelling, handling, packaging, storage and protection of stock.
  • Proper disposal of damaged and expired material.
  • Take inventory of stock of all appliances, equipment and spares.
  • Prepare IT/technical budget for purchases and maintenance activities

Job Specification

  • Minimum of an HND / BSc in Computer Engineering, System Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent field.
  • Must possess good years of experience on the job.
  • Must know how to properly install, configure and maintain computers, CCTV, gadgets etc
  • Must possess the ability to work on a task until completion
  • Must be able to prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be an excellent team player
  • Professional certification, licenses/accreditation will be an added advantage.

Personal Assistant (Male)

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

  • Act as first point of contact dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointment, often controlling access to the M.D’s Office
  • Manages the company/M.D’s correspondence via email, letters etc
  • Assist in documentation and recording of day-to-day activities such as memos, letters etc.
  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Make detailed note of minutes of meetings
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Send notice to staffs on official matters

Control Room Officer



Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers and follow up on calls and queries.
  • Liaise with Operations Manager in respect of calls logged.
  • Confirm all items handed over to the department.
  • Ensure all lights and selected appliances (which they are custodians of) are put on/off as at when required.
  • Ensure all doors and gates are opened and locked as at when due.
  • Ensure safe keeping off all office and vehicle keys.
  • Receive information from different locations and direct to the proper offices for prompt attention.
  • Maintain inventory and movement register of items brought into the control room organization.
  • Monitor activities to apprehend culprits in damage/theft to organizations assets.
  • Maintain archive of CCTV recordings for future reference.
  • Monitoring fuel purchased for and consumed per trip for each vehicle.
  • Perform Control Room dailyoperationswith high integrity and efficiency.
  • MonitorCCTV and report any unusual activity to the appropriate quarters.
  • Respond promptly to the radio checks, made by the staff and keep accurate records of all communication.

Job Requirements

  • Mininumof OND / HND and relevant job experience.

Job Description

  • Enhance productivity by easing transportation for staff on official assignment
