Job Description

  • Process product orders.
  • Process invoices for all sales transactions
  • Attending to clients in the showroom and assisting in choice making
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
  • Reporting weekly and monthly sales results to the management.
  • Taking phone calls from customers.
  • Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
  • Dealing with and responding to emails.
  • Deal with incoming customer enquiries and compile daily sales administration activities

Skill Set

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Must be detail oriented.
