Job Summary

  • The job holder will effectively sell company’s products (E-voting Solutions) to pre-defined target markets, deliver revenue targets for products/solutions as indicated in the budget for assigned portfolio, manage relationships with clients and identify key accounts in assigned portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • ​Promote sales through proactive and professional sales activities the products of the company and its associated companies
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identify sales leads and convert leads to sustainable sales.
  • Develop sales to achieve sales target and increase market share.
  • Establish Customer relationships at all levels within prospective and existing customer’s organizations.
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns.
  • Responsible for updating product information, price and company’s information to customers.
  • Collect cheques, do sales reports and send out marketing information.
  • Manages direct reports within a region
  • Assigns and allocates work, sets priorities and deadlines.
  • Advises personnel in the performance of their work, completes performance evaluations

Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc Marketing and in relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years in Enterprise Product Sales and Marketing
  • Relevant professional qualification in Sales is an advantage
  • Results-oriented, customer focused, with a serious commitment to excellence
  • Explicit planning and executing multiple products, marketing programs, brand and sales teams
  • Well-developed story telling skills: excellent in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • Able to work under pressure to work and successfully manage in a rapidly changing environment
