Job Summary

  • The Sales Executive is responsible for revenue generation and meeting the needs of our customers via customers’ acquisition, identification and closing of commercial opportunities, building and managing customer relationships, generating and exceeding the company’s sales revenue target. All sales executives must deliver in volume and in value.

Job Description

  • Deliver on the sale and revenue target in value and in volume consistently
  • Prospect, profile and close sales for both cooperate and retail customers
  • Build wide customer database and maintain good customer relationship
  • Monitor, gather and report business intelligence, industry trend and competitors activities
  • Champion trade marketing, drive customer product knowledge and participate in events
  • Develop, coordinate and execute sales and marketing strategy to penetrate new market.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Increase in sales revenue: Target versus Achievement
  • Total number of sales call/visit: Target versus Achievement
  • Total number of sales lead: Target versus Achievement
  • Total number of leads converted to sales: Target versus Achievement
  • Total number of repeat purchase: Target versus Achievement
  • Increase in customer database: Target versus Achievement
  • Positive relationship with stakeholders: Target versus Achievement

Requirements/Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Computer Science or any relevant discipline
  • 3 years minimum working experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skill
  • Strong street sense and social intelligence
  • Must be technology enthusiast and hungry for success
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Thorough understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Can do attitude, goal-getter and a team player
