  • Our client is currently looking to hire an experienced sales executive with about 3 to 4 years’ experience.
  • The candidate should be conversant with both traditional and corporate marketing and also a track record of sales to join the sales and marketing team in creating client database, and advertising promotional activities for the company to measure, enhance and enrich the sales of completed building projects and estate properties ready for sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them in purchasing our property.
  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for the company’s building projects.
  • Promoting property through marketing initiatives, and maintaining social media presence at property level and at a corporate level.
  • Updating knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management, as well as updating and managing social media profiles.
  • Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives.
  • Manage property auctions or exchanges.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc
  • Drafting press releases, representing the company to media outlets, developing annual forecasts, and seeking to minimize marketing expenses.
  • Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
  • Achieving full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements, and enforcing lease terms

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in Estate Management or any similar Social Science field
  • 3 – 6 years work experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive:
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • MS Office familiarity.

Remuneration
N40,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
