Job Description

  • Overseeing activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Job Description

  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating project schedules in accordance with the required code structure
  • Provide schedule reports to managers in accordance with the project reporting calendar, and Adhoc reports required
  • Monitor and analyze schedule performance and provide results and recommendations to managers
  • Verification of contractor’s invoices for the value of work done and milestone claims
  • Evaluation and analysis of contractors schedules
  • Monitoring progress throughout the project and comparing it with the project baseline

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of project plans, policies, and solutions
