Job Title: Logistics Officer | October, 2021 | Location: Lagos

Job Description
Seven Up is looking to hire a Logistics Officer who will be responsible for the following:

  • Direct Delivery to regional customers: Manage all inter-regional deliveries beingsupplied directly to customers under the budget center of other regions.
  • Monitor Inter-regional trucks (both SBC and hired) delivering to the regions to ensure loading and offloading are done within the agreed stipulated time to increase efficiency.
  • Driver Management: To Manage all drivers ensuring they conform to our business policy covering inter-regional description.
  • OTC management: Develop and implement weekly OTC score card review, measuring OTC performance, etc.
  • Workshop and Breakdown: Follow up with SBC and OTC workshop for timely release of fleet undergoing repairs.

Requirements
The Ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Nigeria road network
  • Good logistics back ground with experience in managing fleet of over 50 trailers and above
  • Sales experience
  • Analytical mind
  • Aggressive in solving problems.

Job Title: Fleet Maintenance Analyst | Location: Lagos

Job Role
This role will be responsible for the following:

  • Cost control analysis: Monitoring of budget performance, sharing weekly position (Budget vs Actual)
  • Fleet tracking: Using the GPS system to track all SBC fleet to generate the following;
    • Daily availability report
    • Idle time report
    • Over speeding report
  • Fleet maintenance: Develop and implement a road map for monthly maintenance schedule for all SBC fleet
  • Spare part Pricing: Periodically review market price vs current price in a bid to ensuring that Seven Upgets the best quality with the best price available in the market.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 3-5 years work experience.
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Office

Summary

  • We are looking to hire a Database Administrator to ensure that our databases are run efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Create models for new database development and/or changes to existing ones.
  • Install and configure relevant network components to ensure database access as well as database consistency and integrity.
  • Respond to and resolve database access and performance issues.
  • Monitor database system details within the database, including stored procedures and execution time, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor, optimize and allocate physical data storage for database systems.
  • Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications to databases.

Job Title: Master Data Manager | Location: Nigeria | Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
We are are recruiting a Master Data Manager to join our IT Team. The responsibilities include:

  • Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material etc.) as approved by the business,
  • Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations, and periodic maintenance
  • Perform mass updates
  • Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas and regions,

Qualifications

  • Previous master data management experience in SAP,
  • 2+ years’ experience in master data management preferably in global projects/companies,
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills,
  • Able to understand and investigate topics related to multiple business areas,
  • Analytically minded and methodical problem solver,
  • Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress,
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment,
  • Strong written and communication skills in English language.
