Job Summary

  • The company is seeking to hire a talented social media supervisor to represent the organization by increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media.
  • This role will be responsible for overseeing the company’s interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on all social media platforms. The social media supervisor’s duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build community online.


  • Design and implement social media strategies across different regions and platforms to align with business goals.
  • Follow up and analyze the overall data of social media, and make regular data reports.
  • Perform research on current social media trends and audience preferences. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
  • Coordinate and train social media officers, and be responsible for the quality and frequency of social media content.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content.
  • Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  • Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  • Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  • Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  • Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
  • Formulating high-quality written and visual content for each social media campaign.
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
  • Monitoring the company’s brand on social media.
  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.


  • First Degree from a reputable institution
  • 3-5 years relevant proven work experience in social media operation, multi-platform, and multi-regional operations.
  • Ability to work onsite and must possess an interesting portfolio
  • Passionate about sports and have a wealth of knowledge about football. Knowledge of tennis and basketball.
  • Familiar with the Betting products and have rich Betting experience
  • At least 3 years of Betting experience.
  • Experience in managing a team as a supervisor or manager.
  • Strong Data collection and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong writing skills, basic short video production ability, and picture design ability.
  • Open-minded, strong innovation and exploration ability.

N250,000 – N350,000 monthly plus other benefits.
