- Drive online sales of company products through social media channels
- Help customers find the products that are right for them and explain their various features and benefits
- Build trust relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Process customer orders
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Post product pictures on social media daily
- Share valuable product offers with customers daily
- Understand customers’ needs
- Know your products
- Keep a sales and business development perspective. Ability to spot opportunities and conscious of closing deals/selling
- Offer solution to customers’ enquiries. If not available, proffer alternatives
- Encourage referrals from customers
- Meet sales goals and target as determined by the management
- Work closely to share ideas and strategies on how to improve the business with management
- Manage the store’s handles on social media to interact effectively with customers
Client Engagement / Relationship Management:
- Delight customers with relevant, valuable content that educates and keeps them informed
- Ensure online customers consistently experience “wow” service
- Be an ambassador for the brand and always portray a positive attitude and energy when attending to clients and delivering service
- Ensure online customers are fully satisfied with service rendered
- Put calls through to customers to gather feedback on their experience and orders
- Fulfill customer orders.
- OND / HND / BSc in a relevant discipline
- 1 – 3 social media management experience
- Experience in Customer service is desirable
- Vast experience working with Instagram and Facebook
- Fashionable and conversant with fashion trends
- Candidate must live close to the job location: Magodo, Lagos.
N55,000 / Month.
