Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Answer client phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
  • Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company s and information

Requirements

  • OND qualification and Minimum of 1 year experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills.

Remuneration
N50,000 Monthly.

Procurement Officer


Location: Lagos Island,  Lagos
Employment Type:Full-time

Job Description

  • Prepare plans for the purchase of equipment, and food items.
  • Review, compare, analyze and approve products to be purchased.
  • maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
  • Research and evaluate prospective suppliers.
  • Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
  • Assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice
  • Draft an appropriate service level agreement to properly evaluate the performance of suppliers, and report on this on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with management to determine procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements.
  • Responsible for order placement, supply / demand alignment, material replenishment and supplier Performance.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and Cost saving budget
  • enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures
  • Receive orders from various departments, Initiate and keep track of orders and resolve order discrepancies with supplies.
  • Monitor delivery times to ensure they are on time and Keep daily records
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
  • Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality

Requirements

  • First Degree in any field of study
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a procurement officer or related position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.

Remuneration
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
