Responsibilities

  • Manage/lead team of Technical Sales Executives.
  • Develop growth strategies and plans.
  • Manage and retain relationships with key/existing clients.

  • Have in-depth knowledge of products and value propositions.
  • Negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mapping business strength and customer needs.

Requirements

  • B.Sc qualification in Civil / Chemical Engineering, Architecture or Chemistry, other qualifications may be considered.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing or any related discipline.
  • 5-7 years experience in sales and marketing of construction services, or products.
  • Good knowledge of the construction industry
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to deliver attractive presentations with good communication skills.
  • Ability to drive and must be ready for extensive travel.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software, preferably Odoo is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Excellent reporting and presentation skills.

Retail Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Good market knowledge of products.
  • Analysing existing range.
  • Providing quality feedback.
  • Communicating to customers the features and range of products.
  • Analysis of needs and expectations from markets.
  • Ability to build and develop a business line in the retail market, merchandising activities, promotions etc. to create brand awareness.
  • Good relationship and contacts with reputable retail clients and have the ability to kick start business.
  • Utilization of all forms of social media marketing.
  • Spreading the brand visibility in many outlets by creating new accounts for new business.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc in Sciences, Business Administration or any related field.
