Requirements

  • The job description includes but not limited to responding large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Responding to online queries and request from customers on the web and social media in a timely and professional manner
  • Following the company’s call center “scripts” when handling different health challenges from customers, Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue with the department concern and providing solutions to customers.
  • Building sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keeping records of all conversations and information of prospects in a comprehensible way and processing online orders.

KYC Compliance Officer

Location: Opebi Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • One of the aspirations that Airtel Africa has set for itself is to be the preferred service provider for the Airtel Customer Base.
  • This person is responsible for checking the quality of all KYC registrations daily for NCC KYC Compliance and data generation and operational reporting on the daily report requirements for Customer Experience.
  • Compliance is of utmost importance to Airtel Nigeria while we continue to provide excellent services to our customers.

Key Accountabilities

  • Expected End Results (“WHAT”)
  • (List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfill the job purpose)
  • Supporting Activities (“HOW”) (What are the key activities undertaken to achieve the desired end results?

KYC Registration Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Provide daily / weekly / monthly report based on the data analysis.
  • Tracking of fraudulent registration kits
  • Reduce the poor data quality of KYC registrations received from the field to impose stiff penalties on agents found to be making fraudulent and poor quality registrations.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a B.A / B.Sc / HND / Experienced OND / NCE / B.TECH / B.ED, B.Eng / NCE / qualification.
  • Must have 0-3 years work experience
  • Candidate must have Completed NYSC very compulsory
  • Candidate must reside within and around Opebi Ikeja Agege, Ogba, Ojodu Berger, Ikeja, Maryland, Iyana Ipaja, Ketu, Alapere, Obanikoro, Fadeyi, Stadium, Yaba, Mushin, Obalende, Mile12, Ojota, Bariga, Oworonshoki, Iyana Oworo, Oregun
  • Applicant must not be more that 35years
  • Good Communication skill
  • Computer Literate
  • Fluent in English Language.

Salary and Benefit

  • N50,000 – N52,000 / Month

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the same capacity as a Product Manager is an added advantage.
