Duties

  • Selects, manage and, coordinate the implementation teams and 3Ps.
  • Provide input into performance evaluation of all implementation teams and 3Ps.
  • Lead planning and implementation of projects in the absence of the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements;
  • Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas;
  • Develop methods to monitor project or area progress, and provide corrective supervision if necessary.
  • Manage resource allocation.
  • Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes on projects.
  • Collaborate with logistics in vendor screening and selection.
  • Responsible for ensuring all client tools, processes and checklists are utilized in the execution of all projects.
  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting client acceptance process on all projects.
  • Liaise with logistics manager for equipment delivery to its region.

Work Experience and Skills

  • B.Sc Degree
  • 2 years of progressive experience, including successful coordination of business.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide skeletal support, make quick decisions and solve clerical problems
  • Project administration Skills.
  • Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
  • Analytical and possess problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking
  • A high level of oral and written communication skills in order to communicate effectively with senior managers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexible in approach and comfortable with a fluid organizational structure that requires both teamwork and self-sufficiency as necessary

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / month.

Responsibilities

  • Create attention for internet connectivity, generating buyer interest towards trial and securing deals by adopting highly effective sales/marketing appeals.
  • Take full ownership of the entire internet connectivity business by developing, securing, expanding market share and driving profitability at minimum cost.
  • Gather sufficient market intelligence on activities of estate development and utility development projects and utilize it to secure patronage, sustainers and undiluted customer relationship building.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Monitor operations to ensure projects are delivered and connectivity goals are realized against aggressive timelines.
  • Develop and train the sales team to identify new market opportunities focusing on increasing overall sales.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and provide trustworthy feedbacks to guide management strategy decision.
  • Manage after-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Identify and partake in sales workshops, training, conferences with key players in the industry and muster sufficient in-roads to pitching solutions to identified needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 – 8 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
