Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager | Telnet Nigeria Limited | Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Objectives

  • To work with the Unit, RU Head and other team members to strategically provide commercially viable initiatives using contacts and relationship to support the growth and expansion of the Company through innovative business solutions while collaborating with other business units

Job Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Sales, Marketing & Business Development initiatives and achievements of set revenue targets for the company.
  • Generate sales and business; make sales visits and presentations; attain advanced knowledge of Company’s products and services; establish and meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Attend clarification and negotiation meetings with clients, close deals and execute contract and pricing negotiations with customers.
  • Work with technical and business development teams to introduce new offers, products and initiatives for opening new markets, enhancing existing business relationships and capturing new markets.
  • Generate sufficient Proposals & Quotes towards attainment of goals; document sales performance and Sales Pipeline;
  • Ensure compliance on company’s quality policies through the implementation of the company’s quality management system in collaboration with the Corporate Strategy and Busines Development strategies.
  • Build, develop and manage relationships with old and new clients, customers, vendors and other strategic alliances. Grow customer database for the unit

Qualifications

  • M.Sc / B.Sc in relevant discipline
  • 3 – 7 years or more in sales of IT products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Project implementation:
    • Efficient and effective resolution of all assigned support calls on time and with high quality.
    • Management of assigned projects cost effectively with minimal variations between budget and actual project expenditure.
    • Handling of customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Adequate documentation (reporting) for all project implementation and supports according to Telnets’ standard project management procedure.
  • Identify and follow through on opportunities to extend existing services with a client.
  • Continuous development of competencies in relevant areas pertaining to job through self-effort supplemented by training provided by the company.
  • Coordination of the development team (team lead)
  • Development of enterprise solutions.
  • Train and mentor the mid-level and junior developers.
  • Technical Proposal Writing.

Qualifications

  • M.Sc / B.SC in Computer Science or any related course.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in enterprise solution development.

Skills and competencies Required:

  • Proficient knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET software development frameworks, concepts and best practices
  • Working knowledge of system implementation
  • Proficient knowledge of structured systems analysis and design, and software development life cycle
  • Proficient knowledge of relational databases management system and tools such as Microsoft SQL server, MySql
