  • The Management Trainee program is an initiative by Terragon Group to take in recent graduates from the Nigerian labour market who meet the minimum requirements to be hired by Terragon, train them and give them the necessary knowledge and skills to work at various capacities across the business.

Job Title: Sales & Account Manager | Terragon | Location: Lagos | Employment Type: Full-time | Department: Revenue Management

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and work with the VP, FSI as a primary relationship owner for an assigned group of client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth
  • Work closely with Associate Account Managers and the Customer Success Team on the preparation of implementation plans, content strategy and annual plan for brands.
  • Lead client on-boarding to ensure transition from customer commitment stage through to full adoption stage.
  • Work closely with Data, Product and Customer Success Teams to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
  • Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics to meet, exceed set goals on activation channels.

Requirements
You’d be a good fit if you have:

  • First Degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Finance, Marketing, or related course
  • 3-5 years of diversified experience, primarily within the business development sphere as an Account or Sales Manager.
  • Proven experience in key account management
  • Experience in sales and providing solution based on customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
