  • As a customer service executive you are the client’s primary point of contact who helps customers with complaints and questions, gives customers information about products and services, takes and processes orders e.t.c.
  • Our ideal candidate must be emotionally intelligent and must maintain a calm composure at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions

Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Receive, store, and issue goods
