Invoicing Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Organizing and maintaining records of account receivables and payables.
• Compiling data from invoices for accounting purposes.
• Preparing reports on daily sales.
• Maintain and new customers account.
• Reporting irregularities to the line manager.
• Fixing billing errors.
• Handles client account queries.
• Prepares vouchers, receipts, and checks by entering details into the company’s system.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• At least 2 years work experience.
