Sales Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking to hire a persuasive and customer-oriented Sales Officer to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Job Responsibilities

  • To grow products volume, brand equity and market share that will lead to the profitability of the organisation.
  • Achieving goals and hitting sales targets.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status.
  • Ensure company image is protected and enhanced in all sales and marketing activities carried out within assigned territory.
  • Identifying customers’ needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-4 years relevant experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and FMCG
  • Deep knowledge of Sales, Distribution and Logistics.
  • Must be detail oriented with high level of analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and people management skills.

Renumeration
N1,440,000 / Annum base pay plus Commission.
