Description

  • Visitors Management: Attend to and direct toguest; attending to them in a friendly and courteous manner as well as ensuring all visitors register their attendance and are assigned the visitor’s badge.
  • Monitor and receive office supplies and place orders when necessary, with proper record/book-keeping of stock through manual and electronic documentation.
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
  • Responsible for making requisition for office supplies
  • Perform task scheduling including: Coordinating Flight (Local and International) and Hotel Booking arrangement for staff.
  • Report any maintenance issues immediately to line manager, including furniture, fittings and equipment when notified.
  • Coordinate meetings by ensuring all presentation materials and other logistics are available to facilitate meetings.
  • Manage the Administrative store and ensure good housekeeping.
  • Assist in coordinating the flow of activities during office events
  • Ensure the reception area is kept clean and organized.
  • Supervise the Administrative assistant in the discharge of their duties.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of first degree in any Social Science Course.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar role within a fast paced and dynamic business environment.
  • A professional Certification is an added advantage.

Internal Audit Supervisor, Nigeria

Description

  • Prepare and manage the operation of an annual subsidiary, departmental and operational audit engagement, and consulting services.
  • Implement the annual audit plan in line with approved objectives, work scope, audit procedures, work programs documentation, evidence gathering, testing and communication of results.
  • Support the implementation of a structured, risk-based and disciplined approach to the implementation of audit engagement.
  • Where control deficiencies exist, develop risk mitigation and remediation plans and communicate the remediation plan with the relevant process owners.
  • Along with the Internal Control and Risk Management Units, participate in Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Workshops and provide an objective assessment of key controls.
  • Perform special investigations when necessary to safeguard Company’s assets (e.g., fraud).

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of a BSc / HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years Post NYSC experience in an Internal Audit role.
  • Member of ICAN, ACCA or CIA.

Customer Experience Officer, Lagos

Description

  • Ensure proper documentation and prompt response to all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints (via phone, email and live chat or any tool provided for such activities).
  • Track customer’s shipment from plant to delivery locations and provide interventions to manage any service gaps. Report such gaps via email/phone to the customer and log such engagements on the query logger.
  • Ensure utmost professionalism in providing customer correspondences and all forms of customer engagement and interaction.
  • Liaise/follow up with the relevant units to ensure requests and complaints are treated within agreed timelines.

Requirements / Qualification

  • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND qualification
