Job Description

  • Attend to all operational requests within the expected timeline
  • Conduct gateway reconciliations
  • Process Naira withdrawals.
  • Approve merchants’ bank funding requests.
  • Process and pay monthly staff pension and paye.
  • Process Fx merchants’ withdrawal requests within the expected timelines
  • Process daily requests of telex for all FX withdrawals.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation of allocated bank statement
  • Post Staff Salary Journals
  • Preparation of Admin report on petty cash monthly
  • Weekly reconciliation of allocated bank statement on or before Tuesday of the following week
  • Daily reconciliation of failed withdrawals (Naira).
  • Payment & Filing of Value Added Tax and Withholding Tax
  • Attend to all administrative requests
  • Petty cash administration for the company.
  • Attend to bank correspondences.

Graduate Legal Intern

Job Description

  • Review of prospective merchant incorporation documents that is, Certificate of Incorporation/ Business certificate, Utility bills and means of identification for on-boarding new prospective merchants from all departments.
  • Review of merchants White label requests from all departments.
  • Review of merchants account closure requests
  • Review of agreements, MOUs, NDAs and letters subject to approval from your line manager
  • Draft letters and agreements under the direction of your line manager
  • Fill partnership forms and organizational questionnaires on behalf of VoguePay.
  • Responsible for attending to mails sent to Legal email.
  • Responsible for printing, scanning, photocopying and overall preparation of legal documents in the state required.
  • Partake in meetings on behalf of Legal unit on the authorization of your line manager
  • Undertake research and preparation of reports on matter in question to your line manager
  • Carry out periodic review of the list of restricted countries.
  • Review of merchants agreement to ensure propriety in price and proper execution.

  • Experience in basic accounting and insurance software applications etc.
  • Experience in international privacy laws, including drafting of privacy policies, technology provisions, and outsourcing agreements.
  • Experience in IT operations and programming including attainment of information security standards certifications and privacy seal/marks.
