Job Scope

  • Responsible for receiving visitors, clients, acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
  • Assists with inquiries, complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, other queries, and projecting IWN’s brand identity been the 1st point of physical contact.

Job Description

  • Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
  • Greet, communicate with and welcome guests
  • Answer all the customers’ questions and address their complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed
  • Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
  • Prepare and manage outgoing mail
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies

Credit Control Officer, Oyo , Lagos

Scope of Work

  • The Credit Control Officer would be responsible for recovering money owed by a customer to the Organisation. The debts maybe from either business (commercial collection) or individual (consumer collection) customers.
  • The credit function plays a vital role in the finance department to ensure that invoices are paid on time to assist the organisation manage their cashflow.
  • This role may or may not involve the duties of an Accounts Receivable Officer.

  • Resolving customer queries and issues
  • Chasing up overdue payments via telephone and email
