  • Provision of leadership and direction required to develop and manage customer relationships with excellent financial development and management of customer acquisition, retention and relationships in the customers target market

Functions and Responsibilities

  • Implementation of regional commercial banking & state government strategy
  • Definition of marketing and sales strategies of commercial banking division
  • Development of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships
  • Management of credit risk framework
  • Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing
  • Fund the bank with cheap liabilities
  • Play Ambassadorial role in the entire region
  • Prepare weekly reports for super regional head
  • Achieve PCE, Balance and other performance target
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Super regional Head
